Merlot, why are so evasive? I sense and fear that you may be partaking in too much wine, if that is possible, if you will. Perhaps you are helping your neighbors bail out their respective house boats at the 79^th Street Boat Basin? Nevertheless, I think that you should be paying closer attention to the monies available from our African neighbors. Today, I submit a proposal that we make a move to take over, in hostile fashion, The Winebow Corporation located conveniently off the Garden State Parkway in Montvale, New Jersey. From there we can implement existing plans and create new plans for conquering the North American Wine industry and of course those parts of Chile that remain ripe for the taking. Please see a recent review I did last night at my retreat in Norwich, Connecticut that overlooks the most majestic Thames River. At grand total of 289 guests were in attendance.

As I am now officially “back in the saddle”, if you will, I would like recite to you a little ditty that I thought of earlier today. Also, I propose that we allow the good willed Africans the opportunity to invest in our wine ventures. It is obvious that they have heard about us and are quite anxious to invest their unclaimed monies in our most perfect endeavors.

Once again Merlot, I am responding with enormously useful information.
Viognier has without a doubt, done it again. Please let us not forget
the people that live within the confines of the lower income tax
brackets. They too deserve to enjoy better wines at reasonable prices.
Until recently many of the aforementioned population has had to settle
for �Jug Wine� (Definition below). If is clear that from this
definition, bottles are far overrated. Now with our most fitting
strategy, many of these people will be able to partake in boxed wine
varietals. This gladdens me greatly, if you will. Good bye for now, I

Jug wine is an American term for inexpensive table wine typically
bottled in a glass jug. Wine aficionados regard it as less than
palatable. Jug wines are usually drank as table wine or simply for
intoxication. Jug wines varietals in the US take their names from
French appellations--Chablis for white jug wines, Burgundy for red.
There is also Blush, sometimes called Rose. Common brands include
Gallo, Carlo Rossi, and Boone's Farm.

Point taken! If not for the courage of pioneers such as Viognier and Merlot the below mentioned scourge would forge ahead time and again. Your suggestion without fail leans towards efficacy when scrutinizing some of the finer drinking establishments like Rudy’s or Jameson’s of Central Park South and the 79^th Street Boat Basin areas, respectively. The overall atmosphere within these establishments exudes happiness and well being. When wine is part of the human equation all appears to be well, if you will. Keeping the above in mind, it is clear that the efficiency and effectiveness of boxed wine will ultimately win out in the long run over its brethren, the bottle. Viognier respectfully asks that all cork soakers learn a new trade most unhesitatingly. Perhaps wine boxing would be good craft for cork soakers to bring off for the morrow, if you will. As always, it has been a pleasure to confer with you Merlot. Our combined cerebration is badly needed as you look at the current human condition. Shipyard Vineyard 2005 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon — New London, Connecticut – Boxed Varietal

The nose is captivated with a complexity of rich dark berries, black pepper and hints of toasted oak. Opulent flavors of jammy, black cherries, black pepper and spicy oak. Exceptionally well-balanced and begs for additional aging. Decant, aerate and serve with a filet mignon marinated in olive oil, stuffed with peppercorns, garlic and a little Dijon mustard.

Below is a perfectly poured glass of this succulent Cabernet Sauvignon, AKA – God’s Nectar and it is described above. Viognier is proud to say that this wine was drawn from a box.

81 were in attendance at my latest tasting. The tasting was held at beautiful waterside resort on the coast of Stratford, Connecticut. The catering at Viognier’s tasting was impeccable. All 81 guests were overly impressed by Viognier’s knowledge, class, wit and commitment to wine, wine tasting, boxing of wine, and catering. Entertainment was provided by Merlot’s personal cellist. Thank you Merlot for loaning out Ruppricht. He performed an astonishing exploit of string canticles for all 81 in attendance.

Please, see Viognier’s review below. Viognier has completed yet another egregious tasting tonight. Viognier noted that 33 attended the tasting and all were equally impressed with his utter brilliance. Central Park South is a better place since Viognier’s arrival. Boxed wine will thrive and Central Park South will be the epicenter of the forthcoming boxed wine explosion. As Viognier looks out upon Central Park and the 79^th Street Boat Basin he realizes one thing, Merlot and Viognier are the only two men on earth that can put boxed wine on the top shelf of every restaurant and bar in North America and parts of Chile. I must go now, but I will return later for further transference of boxed wine facts and perhaps, if you good people are lucky, another commentary around tasting. Good evening.

Please find below, my latest review of a fine boxed Merlot. The tasting was performed last evening at my penthouse overlooking central park. Since I have moved to Central Park South from Napa Valley, I have found the essentiality for joining you Merlot. As you know, we are two of the foremost gourmands in the world, enabling us to expand the BWANA from its incipience to its revolutionizing the wine industry. North America and the world are crying out loud for us to make certain that wine packaging is transformed. For we are certainly the only two men among all living men that can achieve this feat. The time has certainly come Merlot. I will discuss with you tomorrow our plans to implement the first “Boxed Wine of the Month Club”. Later in the week, we should meet to further discuss the advantages of boxed wine for use in end cap displays in Wine and Liquor Superstores. Lastly, we should meet as early as this morning to amass our upcoming “Boxed Wine” tasting galas. Isn’t it great being a bon vivant. We unquestionably do it best.
